Since i dont know whether the anycubic i3 mega is just a regular ramps board or not, i would suggest you check whether the wiring is all standart or if the chinese manufacturer change some things. I got an anycubic i3 mega almost two months ago and was able to print a few parts in pla with it. I've run into an issue with the length of the wire harnesses being too short.
